To become a successful member of the workforce requires a set of skills that may not have been learned in regular education. Charities and community groups working with local businesses can provide the skills to help young people, women and those with learning difficulties to achieve their full potential in the workplace. Gift Aid it!

Giving through local Community Foundations means that Gift Aid can be claimed automatically, adding 25% to your donation at no extra cost to you - even for donations to the smallest charities and community groups. Gift Aid can be claimed by individual UK tax payers. Higher rate tax payers may be able to claim an additional 22%.
