On patrol
Our main aim is to help everybody feel safer, and be safer, late at night. Younger people will get home safely, those that become sick or have lost touch with their friends, purses, phones, bags, and even shoes, especially so. The general public will see violence and rowdy behaviour quietened. Streetlife, who we spend time with, are less likely to be abused. We offer all a pastoral, listening ear, which helps to reduce tension on the streets.
We are a reassuring presence, trained to help appropriately, non-judgemental. Younger people will get home safely, those that have lost their friends, purses, phones, bags, and even shoes, especially so. The general public will see violence and rowdy behaviour quietened. Streetlife are less likely to be abused, and perhaps we can at least offer a prayer in their particular needs. Those that are searching key questions of life, or are facing particular difficulties, will find a sympathetic ear.
