We achieve making a difference by reducing stress, anxiety and depression. We give confidence by increasing skills and knowledge for clients to handle their own affairs effectively. We help domestic violence sufferers become safer, improve family relationships. These differences reduce demand on other services. Our staff and volunteers provide the following solutions and core services: Debt, Benefits, Employment, Tax, Relationships, Consumer Issues from our main office Bracknell Town Centre.
Our Clients are of mixed race and age groups. These include students, the elderly, and disabled, unemployed, disadvantaged and marginalised members of the community. We help clients suffering social and emotional problems by addressing root causes - lack of knowledge of their rights, inability to express their needs and be heard effectively, to obtain workable solutions. 99% of clients recently responded positively in our Client Satisfaction Survey.Last year we handled over 26000 client issues
