WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU Assistance, advice and counselling to Muslim/non-Muslim communities and to statutory authorities. We use leaflets/workshops for youth and families to address women's issues (such as domestic violence/forced marriage SEE www.blacknblue. No human being should be subjected to physical, mental or emotional abuse so please assist us in ending these practices either with a donation or your time as a volunteer. IN JANUARY WE ARE STARTING EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOPS
Why the community needs this charity

The ethnic community in Slough needs practical help and guidance that is sensitive to their culture. Ethnic women in particular need the confidence to fully participate in society and and learn empowerment so they may make choices about their lives. IN JANUARY WE ARE STARTING EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOPS AND KEEP FIT CLASSES FOR WOMEN TO GIVE THEM CONFIDENCE PLEASE HELP US FUND THE CLASSES, THE ONLY ESCAPE THESE WOMEN HAVE IS TO GROW IN CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM

Results and outcomes

More women will be brought out of seclusion, in particular Muslim women who suffer most from isolation in the community. Our services give them confidence to fully participate in the community and live productive and independent lives. Youngsters involved in drug/alcohol abuse can gain the confidence to change negative life patterns into positive moves for their future. Volunteers Required

We desperately need ladies from all backgrounds to volunteer and assist us with our proposed Women's Development Centre so please come and help us give ethnic women the confidence and empowerment to make informed choices about their lives. TUESDAYS ARE LADIES DAY WITH QURAN CLASSES AND KEEP FIT/YOGA PLEASE COME ALONG
