Cruse Bereavement Care Norwich

Boardman House, Redwell Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 4SL

Monday Group - aimed at older people moving on from Cruse

Monday Group offers mutual support, a cup of coffee and a meeting place in central Norwich for older men and women who may not have received help from Cruse but will have suffered a bereavement in the past and know that they are in an understanding environment. We talk to potential new members first in case they would be better to start with our one to one support. Cruse volunteers are on hand to help if required.
Why they need our service

The Monday Group meets following what for some people might have been a long weekend. It offers mutual support, a cup of coffee and a meeting place for older people who may not have received help from Cruse but will have suffered a bereavement in the past and know that they are in an understanding environment. We talk to potential new members first in case they would be better to start with our one to one support. Cruse volunteers are on hand to help if required.

Plan and expected results

The friendly supportive environment of the Group will help older people find their feet again following a bereavement.
