The Heritage Centre gives visitors a taste of old Dulverton

To educate the public in the geography, history natural history and architecture of Dulverton and to secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest.

We have over 12000 visitors a year enjoying the varied exhibitions and 'using' the historical records available.

60th Anniversary of the Dulverton Flood in 1952

The exhibition comprises of audio memories, photographs, written reports, newspaper cuttings and other memorabilia from the time. read more

Volunteers Required

We are constantly seeking new volunteers to join us - particulary to act as stewards in either the main exhibition hall or to help run our model railway. We also need DIY volunteers to help with property maintenance.
