Equipping and Nurturing Young People in Norwich

ENYP oversees and develops youth work within the City of Norwich by providing a wide range of youth work activity in the area - in clubs, schools, and community projects.
Why the community needs this charity

- providing holistic youth work that will develop social and personal skills, and self confidence - developing leadership skills through encouraging young people to take responsible roles within our programmes - providing educational programmes that will equip young people with the skills, knowledge and understanding to empower them to make positive life choices and contribution - offering young people the opportunity to find their voice, have their say and consider their belief basis

Results and outcomes

- increased confidence and self esteem - raising aspirations - empowering young people - supporting the 'whole' person (mental, social, spiritual and physical wellbeing) - community cohesion and integeneration work - safer and stronger communities - developing skills and learning new ones - making a difference in communities - fun - development of friendships - leading by example e.g. role models
