Fruit and vegetables growing along the highways and byways, in the playgrounds and forgotten corners of Todmorden.
Latest activities and projects
Growing fruit and vegetables on public land
We grow fruit and veg on public land - from the Health centre to the railway station, from Ferney Lee old people's home to community orchards. We have helped every school in Todmorden to grow both food and awareness. We are campaigning for better ways of providing local food, from the local market to producing local eggs (Every Egg matters). We hope for even bigger projects to produce local food, and to encourage people everywhere to grow and campaign for local food. read more
