Why they need our service

Without the staff and especially volunteers from the resource centre the community would not be able to access appropriate support and agencies from one location. With limited public transport the need for our services is on the increase, especially with a growing ageing population. Our Community Car Scheme is utilised constantly.

Plan and expected results

We plan to continue with our efforts to hear and act on the views of the public, their needs and requirements. Ensuring the community knows what we can do for them by keeping up them up to date through the local newsletter. Monitoring will continue as we have done in the past, ensuring we know exactly what, why, who and when our services have been used to compare this with our statistics.
