Counselling service offering therapeutic intervention for adults and young people.
Noah's Ark, a safe haven and place of hope in the community.
The Centre exists as a resource for all in our community. It is a place of welcome, where all may find the space to gain the confidence and skills to overcome life's problems. We offer non-judgmental counselling, debt advice and support at every stage of life.
Why the community needs usPeople in the community need a safe place to meet and talk. Sometimes this includes therapeutic facilitation in order to work through issues such as depression, loneliness, anger, bereavement, anxiety and stress, eating disorders, addiction etc.
Our impact on the communityNoah's Ark has historically provided over 1500 hours of professional one to one therapy per annum to people in the community. Rainbows provides facilitated group work for loss and grief to sixty children per annum on average.
We also welcome professional counsellors and trainee counsellors (level 5) who wish to approach us for a counselling placement.
