We work with our community to identify 'needs' & to put sustainable activities and services in place

Our Place Community Hub is a self sustaining community centre. We link with other local voluntary agencies/community groups to provide a central base for the delivery of key services which otherwise would not be offered within Sutton Coldfield. This includes a Job Club, Benefits Advice Service, Youth Outreach and Support for Carers. In addition to this the centre offers parenting support, activity sessions for children and families and mentoring support.
Why the community needs this charity

A central facility that has the ability to support local people and families with a multitude of needs from mentoring to employment advice and a whole lot more in between. We offer one off and long term support to children and families either in schools or at Our Community Hub. We also work closely with other voluntary groups to ensure we can meet the needs of all members of our community through partnership work or signposting.

Results and outcomes

We work with individuals and families to address their difficulties and help them to become confident and able to tackle any potential future problems that may arise. Many of those that we work with return to us as volunteers to help others and continue to support us in any community wide events we undertake.
