PDREC works to promote racial equality for all and to challenge racial injustice.

PDREC believes that to build a fair and just society everyone must have an equal chance to live, work and learn free from prejudice, discrimination and racism. PDREC values diversity and works in partnership with individuals and organisations that are also committed to race equality.
Why the community needs this charity

Community Development and Youth Work in response to individual BME people, their groups and communities. Intensive support, advocacy and case work delivered through client-centred work in a safe and welcoming environment. Capacity and awareness-building to enable the empowerment of BME people and their communities.

Results and outcomes

Equality for BME citizens and justice for victims of hate crime. PDREC strive to build client confidence and represent them to ensure their rights are protected and promoted. PDREC encourage celebration of cultural diversity and inter-dependence.
