Your therapist will put you at your ease, help you talk about your sexual difficulties together and design a programme of treatment tailor made for you with exercises for you to do in the privacy of your own home. Appointments are at the same time of the same day of each week and usually last for up to an hour. read more

Children and young people tell us that seeing a Relate counsellor helps because they are independent from school or home life. Our counsellors help you to talk honestly and openly and can support you with problems like family breakdown; moving in with a second family, or bullying at school. read more
Specially trained Relate Family Counsellors provide counselling service to children and the significant adults in their families. They can work with a few family members or with the whole family together. We also hold various courses for our clients, such as Parenting Skills Courses (to help to improve parents' relationships with their children or to manage difficult behaviour), Relationship Education in schools and Parenting Courses for separating parents. read more
