Sexual Therapy

Don't be embarrassed, come and get help from a specialist. Your therapist will put you at your ease, help you talk about your sexual difficulties together and design a programme of treatment tailor made for you with exercises for you to do in the privacy of your own home. Appointments are at the same time of the same day of each week and usually last for up to an hour.

Sex therapy can help you put the sparkle back in to your love life. All couples go through periods where they don't have the time or energy for regular sex or experience difficulties when they try to have sex. Sometimes there are specific reasons for your difficulties.

Relateen

If you are feeling sad or upset, worried, confused or stuck, our counsellors are able to help you to talk about the things that are worrying you. Children and young people tell us that seeing a Relate counsellor helps because they are independent from school or home life. Our counsellors help you to talk honestly and openly and can support you with problems like family breakdown; moving in with a second family, or bullying at school. read more

Family counselling

Specially trained Relate Family Counsellors provide counselling service to children and the significant adults in their families. They can work with a few family members or with the whole family together. We also hold various courses for our clients, such as Parenting Skills Courses (to help to improve parents' relationships with their children or to manage difficult behaviour), Relationship Education in schools and Parenting Courses for separating parents. read more
