Why the community needs this charity

We run in priority nieghbourhoods, incomes are low, crime rates are high, children need a free safe stimulating enviroment to play in.Children will be engaging in indoor and outdoor activities.Children will have the opportunity to play with their peers from different countries, racial, religious backgrounds and different abilities. This raises their awareness of equality, acceptance of differences and respect for other's.All children and families are welcome. We reach over 2000 children per annum.

Results and outcomes

Children's independence and confidence to try new activities and experiences is increased by offering a wide range of different activities supported by positive play workers. The activities will be enjoyable and stimulating to reduce boredom,as a result of reducing the childrens boredom they are less likely to take part in anti social behaviour.Children's social skills will be increased by offering team games and role play activities to encourage socialising with their peers.
