Helping people to put their lives back together.
Provides high-quality support, rehabilitation and training services to people facing problems of homelessness, addiction, long term unemployment or social isolation.
Why the community needs this charity
Supports people in their endeavours to play fuller roles on their communities by helping them to build up their self-esteem and confidence, as well as skills and training.
Results and outcomes
90+ students attend our personal development and training centre where the gardening course was nomintaed for a Hackney in Bloom award. 10 participants in our back-to-work 'social enterprise' that was also made Community Group of the Year at the South-East Co-operative Community Awards in 2011. Over 4,000 visits to our drop-in centre. 11 residents successfuly moved on from our rehabilitation hostel.
