Providing help and support to local people with Multiple Sclerosis and their families
To support local people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis (MS), including their carers and family members. We aim to offer a variety of services to give them the opportunity of meeting with other people who have the same problems as themselves as well as providing activities such as Yoga and Exercise/Physiotherapy to improve their physical well-being. We also provide financial help with the purchase of specialist equipment to help maintain independence.
Why the community needs usOur impact on the communityWe are always looking for extra volunteers for a number of roles. We would particularly like to find someone who would be responsible for applying for grants and funding from a variety of sources. The person would need to be proficient in the use of a computer and have access to the internet.
