We raise funds and provide assistance to those in need. We provide help and assistance to many less fortunate people in our local community - the blind, the elderly, the disabled and many other groups and individuals. We engage the community in both our fund raising and welfare projects.
Our local community has an ageing population and we stage a number of concerts for old people. We do recognise however that young people are important and we have started a Leo's club for young people and provide a day out for children from a local school. We have also helped a number of disabled people by providing funds for specialised equipment.
A special bed provided for young person with cerebral palsy. OAP concerts have been staged. Hospital packs are delivered to local hospitals. The Peace Poster competition successfully completed. Leo's club still running.
We are always looking out for more volunteers. The only qualifications we require are a sense of fun and a desire to help other people. In return, if you join us, you will gain the friendship of like minded people and have an enjoyable time. Please contact us if you are interested.
