We are a catalyst for change in Hertfordshire
We work cross sector to encourage philanthropy, grant making and corporate social responsibility. We make sure that money donated goes to groups who will make a difference in their community. We take the pain out of giving, out of knowing if it will really make a difference. Our grant aid of almost £8m since we started has meant we are the largest non statutory grant giver in the county.
In the year to March 2011, we touched the lives of over 228,000 people, 21% of the population of Hertfordshire. We offer a Charity Commission accredited, transparent and accessible way of helping people to make a real difference.
The need for your support in Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire, despite its perceived reputation as a prosperous county, has areas in the worst 10% of deprivation in the country. Our report The Hidden Need proves the need and deprivation our communities face.We welcome your support to ensure a good quality of life for all.
Your donation: value for money

Our social return on investment shows that £1 invested in us, gives a return of between £5.20 and £9.60: amazing value, independently proven. Your donation will be used to support our work in Hertfordshire, tackling need and deprivation at the grassroots. The group or groups you support REALLY need your help.
