World Dance Day Project
Dance as an artform is well placed to target multiple agendas including addressing specific health agendas such as obesity, healthy heart and improving general well being, combating social isolation and improving the quality of life of those individuals taking part. Dance in Devon has an excellent track record in delivering an innovative range of dance projects including: World Dance Day, dance for older people, youth dance, young people at risk, artist development and early years.
Last year Dance in Devon provided high quality dance activities to 5177 participants. Typical comments from participants include: "It certainly lifts me and is something I look forward to.
