Away from the sand pit, Olympian Greg Rutherford shows his talent as a comic actor in a video launching his Localgiving.com ambassadorship. Greg, who took gold in the Long Jump event on Super Saturday at London 2012, is embracing Localgiving.com and lending his support to the charities and groups strengthening our communities.
Greg makes fun of himself in a visit to his old primary school in Milton Keynes showing more interest in lucrative sponsorship deals and conning children out of their lunch money than supporting the local charities and community groups at the heart of Localgiving.com.
Thanks Greg for being such a good sport!
We know you care really!

In reality, Greg believes it's important to bring a sense of community back to our towns. "Growing up in Milton Keynes, I spent most of my time outside playing sports and games with my friends. Today, that sense of community is missing. I got involved with Localgiving.com because they're trying to bring the community back to UK neighbourhoods".
