We help our clients by managing or reducing debt, maximising benefits take up and helping them to deal with many other problems arising at home,at work or in the community. This leads to greater financial security, peace of mind and an ability to participate more fully in daily life. We are open to all, offering an initial discussion by phone or in person followed by in depth help which is needed, including at times representation at court or tribunal.
Our annual financial benefit to clients is well into seven figures. We are able to advise on all areas of life and enjoy high client satisfaction ratings. Most of our clients have issues relating to Benefits, Debt, Employment, Housing or Relationships, but no area is excluded. Where appropriate we will refer to agencies we believe are better positioned to help you.

We provide home visits by skilled advisers to help the elderly frail, diabled and carers to apply for benefits they are entitled to, deal with debts they may have and withother other issues causing them concern. Regular visits ensure that our clients are well supported and able to play as full a part in society as possible. read more
We are keen to recruit trainee advisers with good literacy, numeracy, interpersonal skills and an interest in advising others in all areas of rights and responsibilities. We also need volunteers to help with admin - reception work, maintaining records and assisting generally. Skills with IT, accounting, or legal issues always welcome
