Bringing fitness to those who can't afford it
To provide facilities, promote the game of Association Football and arrange matches and social activities for its members, encouraging community participation in the same.
Why the community needs this charity
All ages and genders benefit from our work in the community. It brings a community together to take part in football, and other fitness activities, and is also an opportunity for people to make new friends.
Results and outcomes
Since starting this charity, a large number of people from the local community are fitter, healthier and leading a better life style. A number of New Durham FC players have been watched by, and invited to play for, bigger teams.
Latest activities and projects
Volunteers Required
We require volunteers to run fitness classes for all ages and genders throughout the year, and to help fundraise. Any little help would make a big difference in a small community.
