Our mission is to Facilitate, Empower and Encourage young adults, giving them the opportunity to reach their full potential, by providing a DJ Music Platform supporting community outreach and partnering with other organizations that provide similar services.
Why the community needs usOur goal is to create a successful platform and venture that will access training and learning skills through computer basic training and music production for young people disadvantaged. As a Community Interest Radio Afro*disiac Live radio provides a nursery for the next generation of broadcasters.
Our impact on the community1.Increased confidence in people and their abilities, therefore leading to a greater sense of self worth and belonging. 2.Access to training and professional music making, recording and broadcatsing equipment which would not be available to those on lower incomes. 3.The potential to move on into further education and training using their new skills and confidence, which will also lead to further employment opportunities. 4.Greater communication and understanding amongst different cultures.
