Equipping the leadership & talent potential of christians to positively impact their local community
We develop and use creative tools and approaches to equip leaders and officers within the Christian Community; enabling churches and other organisations to mobilise people in order to fulfil their vision and mission of making a lasting impact on their local communities. We also support individuals to discover their inherent gifts and talents and empower them to develop themselves to be the best that they can, whilst impacting others in their place of worship and/or the local community.
Why the community needs usLeaders and individuals are empowered to purposefully develop their leadership and talent potential and then to use their skills and abilities to positively impact their places of worship and/or their local communities. In the process of transforming their own lives they are encouraged to find ways and/or projects that will allow them to support, encourage or positively impact the lives of other people whilst being in service to them.
