We Support, Develop, Represent and Promote Community Groups and Voluntary Organisations in Craven
Its our job to help voluntary organisations, community groups and individuals by finding and securing funding, delivering projects, holding training and advice sessions, providing up to date information and organising regular events where local groups can discuss the issues that are important to them. We use feedback from local community organisations to make sure that the voice and work of the voluntary and community sector is heard and respected at district, regional and national level.
Why the community needs usWe keep local voluntary groups and other organisations up to date with local, regional and national information through regular email bulletins and the Community Action in Craven newsletter and facebook site which we jointly produce with Craven Volunteer Centre.
