Why the community needs usOur services demonstrate clear outcomes on alleviating carer isolation and stress and improving their health and well-being through the introduction of community based care staff and volunteers with local knowledge and understanding of carers needs
Our impact on the communityWe support over 300 carers and their families across Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. Our primary objective is to be the first point of contact for carers to support them in their caring role through information,advice, practical and emotional support. Our services are user led and aim to empower Carers to be a independent as possible and increase their confidence and sense of purpose to play an active part in their community.
