Going NUTS for Prospex

Hi Guys, This September I am running the infamous Nuts Challenge assault course. http://www.thenutschallenge.co.uk/course/ This is 7 Kilometeres and over 100 obstacles of muddy hell, its not a walk in the park, and I doubt you would sponsor a park walk so I have to do this. I am raising money for the charity I work for, Prospex. We are a youth work based organisation and provide much needed assistance for young people and their families in and around Islington, North London.
