About

I'm a keen runner and in 2014 ran the London Marathon for Wokingham Foodbank and CLIC Sargent, raising between them nearly £2,000. This year having just run Wokingham Half Marathon in February and having just started a new job as Administrator for Home-start Bracknell Forest, I have decided to raise money for this fantastic charity. Home-Start Bracknell Forest offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children across the whole borough. The support is free, confidential and non-judgemental, with volunteers visiting each family for two hours each. They also support referred families through the weekly term time Family Group. Home-starts aim is to strengthen and enable families to give their children the best possible start in life; supporting parents, as they grow in confidence; helping to strengthen parents' relationships with their children and widen links within the local community. Please donate as much as you can to help support this worthwhile service in the local community.
