Marky's Half Marathon - For Sunshine and Smiles :)
Hi you lot... I am running the Bradford half marathon this October to prove to myself that I'm not quite past it just yet, but more importantly to raise awareness and funds for the Down's Syndrome Charity 'Sunshine and Smiles'. Over the last couple of years I have watched on Facebook as my friend Wendy has championed the cause aided by her cheeky chappy of a young lad Elijah...
