Colchester 10K Run on behalf of Brickmakers Wood

The Charity, Brickmakers Wood, part of the Eden Rose Coppice Trust, restores neglected, urban woodlands, transforming them into tranquil havens for wildlife and the community. People with long term illnesses can book them out for memory making days or just for solitude and reflection and children with special needs use the woodlands in the week, learning new skills and maintaining the woodlands. After volunteering with my Skanska colleagues I was blown away by this fantastic project and have decided to run a 10K Race in Colchester on 8th May for this wonderful charity.
