To raise funds for Yorkshire Dance, myself and five other Irwin Mitchell colleagues will be putting on our dancing shoes and competing for the much coveted winner’s trophy! Following 6 weeks of gruelling training with Yorkshire Dance professionals, we will perform for one night only in front of a live panel of judges. This fierce competition is all in aid of a very worthy cause, to raise funds for Yorkshire Dance. Any donation, small or large will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way to help this fantastic charity! Yorkshire Dance creates opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to see, make and take part in high quality dance. As part of our crucial work, they are launching a new campaign - Promise + Progress - aimed at supporting young dancers across the region to find their talent, grow it and take their first steps into a career in dance. And by donating NOW, with Gift Aid and the Arts Council's Catalyst scheme, the value of your donation will more than double! - 10 supports travel costs for a young dancer to attend interviews, auditions and open days - £25 pays for a professional mentoring session to assist with applications for further education - £40 pays for one weekly Yorkshire Dance Youth class, reaching up to 20 young people Yorkshire Dance is charity registered: 701624
