The next ROF24 ride will be a 'return to base' ride from Paris to London and then on to Milton Keynes Rugby Club, our home. This will be our seventh 'Ring of Fire' event . One would have thought that I would have it out of my system by now? Not so. Happy to be part of an amazing charity event, supported by so many volunteers giving of their time efforts and monies , to a number of very worth causes. The highlight for me is seeing the new riders complete an epic task...and all for Charity .

With less than 3 weeks to go I am getting my sh@t sorted so that I can tackle the epic trip and 'get round' (maybe not in style). My chest infection is behind me I think. I will be 'taking it steady'
