We facilitate activities and events related to Capoeira for adults and young people in the community.
We are here to increase awareness and encourage understanding of Capoeira and all its cultural and sporting aspects including movement, music, history and social background.

Our diverse range of activities including, movement, singing, percussion and language mean that everyone can get involved.
In addition we promote cultural awareness, and participate and host performances across the city meaning that locals have something to work towards and engage the wider community!
Our impact on the communityIn the past our work has led to a large number of students gaining their belts in our annual festivals and has promoted further education including participants enrolling in further music and language courses to further their knowledge.
On a fitness level the group has helped countless students lose weight and get fit!
Furtehrmore, a number of our members have had the chance to take part in international exchanges
