Inclusion Hampshire - Supporting young people in need into employment through Education & Training
Inclusion Hampshire is a charity based in North Hampshire. The purpose of the Charity is to develop, through partnership working, a programme of projects, services and social enterprises to support young people who are excluded and those in need.
Why the community needs usInclusion Hampshire works with young people who have barriers to education or employment. Services include an Alternative Education Provision for secondary age pupils and a Traineeship/Apprenticeship Programme for 16-23 year olds. Working with local businesses, partners and our in house team of mentors, tutors and job coaches, we support pathways to sustainable employment and financial independence.
Our impact on the communityOver 50 individuals are supported via Inclusion Hampshire each year to achieve qualifications, move into further education or secure employment. Inclusion Hampshire supports young people with motivational support, encouraging positive lifestyles and providing education.
HNc is always looking for volunteers. We would really like to hear from anyone who thinks they could be a mentor for a young person or vulnerable adult. If you are patient, understanding, can guide someone on numeracy, literacy and other basic skills, please contact us.
