We are piloting a Counselling Service within the Royal Alex Children Hospital offering emotional support to parents who have babies who are ill, disabled and have medical condition
Why the community needs uskaleidoscope is a place where physically disabled children are prioritised, Our groups are inclusive and welcome children and siblings who are able bodied creating a wider understanding.
The group works and campaigns on issues relating to children with disabilities in the community.

We are known in Brighton and Hove and have good personal connections with other Orgs.
Our impact on the communityWe have run monthly groups for several years now, the children involved have a solid and positive group of peers and enjoy each others company.
We have over 15 families involved
The Counselling project on the High Dependency Unit at The Royal Alex Childrens Hospital is very busy and provides up to 144 sessions per year to families. Future funding is being sought
We are always looking for Volunteers to join our sunday meetings.
Volunteers support physically disabled children access activities and help with care.
